Some recent examples: In May 2025, the artist at Corner of Aafia and Third helped CASA Middlesex successfully meet their 50K fundraising goal for their org's purpose of tangibly supporting neglected children. In November 2025, the artist donated and sold 20 pieces in the '25 Rutgers MSA Charity Auction and Art Gala with 100% of proceeds being dedicated to three different charities locally and globally. And the Corner of Aafia and Third only came into its registered existence in April 2025.
Welcome to the Corner of Aafia and Third—'Afia means wellbeing or wellness. Here, wellness extends beyond self-wellness. It includes communal wellness. I believe art better connects one to themself and to others.
