Refund & Return Policy
We want you to feel confident and inspired when collecting artwork from our store. Because each piece is created with care, our policies are designed to be clear and fair.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at aminat@cornerofaafiaandthird.com.
  • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can process your claim quickly.
  • We will provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Prints and canvas works may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit.
  • Original works, custom commissions, and final-sale pieces are non-returnable.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
  3. Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received.
Notes
  • Gifted artwork (such as donations to galleries or community spaces) is not covered by this policy.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we’ll support you in filing claims when possible.
