Transform your skills in just one day! This hands-on workshop is designed for individuals ready to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded participants.

Workshop Details:

• Date: 11/30/2025
• Time: 3:15-4:45 pm EST
• Location: MP3, 379 Princeton Hightstown Rd
• Price: $50, materials included
• Capacity: Limited seats - register early! Deadline to register is Nov 26th. If you are an adult accompanying one or more children (age 9+) who would be participating but you yourself will not be participating, then you need to pay for each child. If you will be participating as well, you need to pay for both yourself and each child. There is a backroom for younger children, but no babysitter is being provided for this workshop. Volunteer or paid babysitters can watch children in the same backroom if that is your preference. 

What You'll Gain

• Your own, unique ambigram art to take home with you!
  • At the workshop, you’ll choose from a curated list of meaningful words and names (all inspired by Islam) that work beautifully as ambigrams.
  • More than one person can select the same word, since each design will be unique to you.
  • If you have a personal word or name in mind, bring it along — we’ll test its feasibility together at the start.

1. Introduction: 10 min
2. Demo: 25 min (we’ll create one ambigram together)
3. Guided Practice: 50 min (work on your chosen name/word)
4. Close & Share: 5 min

• Pencil, eraser, fountain pen/fine-tip marker/calligraphy marker/acrylic marker, paper

1. Recording / Photos:
• No recording or photography without consent.
• Violations result in banning from future workshops.
2. Behavior:
• One-strike policy for inappropriate speech or conduct. To be fair and support each participant in the allotted time, questions to the instructor must be limited to the subject matter of the workshop. 
3. Liability:
• The artist and the Muslim Center of Greater Princeton are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost items.
4. Materials:
• Supplies included: pencil, eraser, marker and paper. 
5. Refunds:
• Refunds only provided if class is canceled by the instructor
• No refunds will be provided for participant cancellations, no-shows, or removal due to violations of workshop policies.
